Terms

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms cover Wicky, the Mac app and the service behind it. Wicky is run by Christopher Milla (ABN 34 813 165 021), a sole trader in Victoria, Australia ("we"). By using Wicky you agree to them.

What Wicky is, and isn't

Wicky is software that compares your chart with rules you set and shows where those rules put levels. It is not financial advice, a recommendation or a signal service, it doesn't predict prices, and it never places trades. Every trading decision is yours.

Wicky reads screenshots with AI and can get things wrong: a level, a price, a time or whether your setup is there. Always check what it says against your own chart before you act. Trading futures, forex, crypto and stocks carries a substantial risk of loss.

Changes to Wicky

We keep improving Wicky, so features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the changes apply.

Our responsibility

Wicky is provided as it is.
